Service and role terms — working draft

This prototype outline records the intended Passenger, Driver and platform boundaries. It is not a published contract and must be reviewed for the operating entity and launch territory.

Who does what

The Passenger owns the goal and acceptance decision; the Driver supplies accountable human guidance; the platform records the agreed route and evidence.

AiTaxi is not physical transport or ride-hailing.
A Driver is not approved merely by selecting a role during signup.
AI output is supporting material and does not replace the Driver's accountable review.

How a Work Order forms

A production flow needs a saveable pre-contract description, total price or calculation, performance timing, cancellation information and explicit pay action before work begins.

The accepted version freezes scope, deliverables, exclusions and issue handling.
Optional extras cannot be pre-selected.
The contract confirmation must be available in a durable form.

Cancellation, issues and acceptance

Statutory rights cannot be removed by platform wording; production cancellation and early-start rules need professional review.

Acceptance, an issue report and a happiness report are separate.
The platform must explain any right to cancel and what happens if service starts early.
A dispute process must not prevent a Passenger using statutory remedies.
