Payments and optional support — working draft

The Driver's professional service payment and optional support for WORLD 2.0 are separate choices, contracts and records. The current prototype does not hold real funds or take payment.

Legal review required · not production terms
01

Service money is service money

A Driver service payment is not a donation merely because some proceeds may later support a mission.

  • The Passenger must see the total service price and allocation basis before agreeing.
  • Optional support must be genuinely optional and separately consented.
  • Tax, employment, charity and benefit treatment depends on the actual legal and operational structure.
02

No pretend escrow

AiTaxi must use an approved marketplace/payment provider flow and avoid unnecessary custody of Driver funds.

  • A protection period or delayed release is only offered if the provider and legal structure support it.
  • Safeguarding is a regulated operational obligation, not a database status label.
  • The current build does not hold real funds, split payments or promise release dates.
03

WORLD 2.0 support

Any voluntary contribution needs separate wording, receipt treatment and governance from the paid Driver service.

  • Selling services can be trading even when profits support charitable aims.
  • Charity/trading-subsidiary structure and VAT treatment need professional advice.
  • Anyone receiving benefits should report volunteering, work and income as required for their circumstances.
04

Production gates

No payment button goes live until provider, entity, consumer, tax, benefits and dispute decisions are reviewed and recorded.

  • Verify the operating entity and merchant of record.
  • Approve refunds, chargebacks, disputes, protection periods and Driver payout rules.
  • Run sandbox and reconciliation tests before any live-money pilot.

These official links are starting points for professional review, not an assertion that the working draft is legally complete or suitable for the final operating entity.
