AI use and capacity disclosure — working draft

This disclosure explains the intended human-accountability and usage-control model. Provider availability, exact pricing and measured usage must come from the deployed route.

Legal review required · not production terms
01

Human accountability

A named Driver remains responsible for explaining the route and reviewing the agreed outcome.

  • Lucide may explain and draft but cannot form agreements or accept work.
  • Provider output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable.
  • High-impact professional decisions need appropriate qualified review outside the model.
02

Provider boundaries

Supported provider APIs are not the same thing as connecting every consumer subscription or importing every account history.

  • Use official identity/history mechanisms where they exist.
  • Otherwise use a Passenger-selected export or context pack.
  • Never request a user's provider password or secret key through chat.
03

Capacity and receipts

Pre-flight estimates, a protected completion reserve and actual provider receipts are different states.

  • No available capacity means no AI dispatch.
  • A model or provider change needs a visible updated estimate.
  • The current public figures are sandbox demonstrations only.

These official links are starting points for professional review, not an assertion that the working draft is legally complete or suitable for the final operating entity.
