Passenger guide

A Passenger is the person who owns the goal, chooses what context to share and decides whether the human-guided outcome meets the agreed Work Order.

01

Prepare your pickup

Describe the result you want in ordinary language before choosing tools or a Driver.

  • State the outcome, deadline and who will use it.
  • Mark information that is personal, confidential or unsafe to share.
  • Choose whether Lucide may help turn the description into a draft brief.
02

Review the proposed route

Compare the Driver evidence, human time, AI provider, capacity envelope and expected deliverables together.

  • A Driver preference is not a completed trust check.
  • Sandbox prices and capacity estimates are examples, not live offers.
  • Do not begin until scope, exclusions and an issue route are understandable.
03

Stay in control during the Journey

The Passenger can ask for explanations, restrict Journey Memory and stop work that leaves the agreed route.

  • Keep important decisions in the Journey record.
  • Never share passwords, recovery codes or provider secret keys in chat.
  • Use the visible confirmation screen for agreement, deletion and acceptance.
04

Review the drop-off

Acceptance, an issue report and an optional happiness report are separate records.

  • Check the agreed evidence and deliverables before accepting.
  • Raise a specific issue when something is missing or unsafe.
  • A happiness report is optional and never substitutes for acceptance evidence.
