Driver guide

A Driver is a real AI or technology specialist who guides the work, explains the route and remains accountable for the agreed human service.

01

Build a Trust Passport

Present time-bound evidence of identity-check status, relevant skills, references and assessed work without exposing raw identity documents to Passengers.

  • Only claim skills supported by evidence.
  • Keep verification provenance and expiry visible.
  • Treat a profile preference as an application, not Driver approval.
02

Quote the human work

Separate professional time, AI capacity, optional extras and exclusions so the Passenger can compare a complete route.

  • Describe the outcome rather than promising a model result.
  • Reserve enough capacity for completion or a safe hand-off.
  • Do not describe payment for professional services as a donation.
03

Drive with evidence

Record decisions, provider receipts and human review while keeping the Passenger's context inside its grants.

  • Use only approved provider routes and selected context.
  • Explain uncertainty and obtain confirmation before scope changes.
  • Stop when capacity, consent or safeguarding conditions fail.
04

Deliver and resolve

Submit the promised artefacts and evidence for review; respond to issues through the versioned resolution path.

  • Never mark Passenger acceptance on their behalf.
  • Keep fixes linked to the reported issue.
  • Public review eligibility follows the completed evidence path, not payment alone.
